Modeling Submission Checklist

Modeling Submission Checklist

Use this final review before sending materials to a verified client, casting contact, photographer, or agency. A relevant, accurate submission is stronger than a mass message.

Private by design: checks and notes stay in this browser when you use the save controls. Nothing is submitted to Spotlight Drive.

Verify the destination

I found the opportunity or submission instructions through a credible source and independently confirmed the official destination. I checked the full email address, domain, form URL, deadline, time zone, location, pay or unpaid status, usage, and eligibility. The request does not promise guaranteed work, representation, income, or selection in exchange for payment.

Match the brief

My category, location, availability, skills, sizes, and experience match what I state. I selected only the requested digitals, portfolio images, comp card, measurements, link, or video. Filenames are clear, file sizes and formats are correct, and links open without exposing unrelated private files. I wrote a concise message with the requested subject line and did not invent urgency, credits, clients, measurements, or representation.

Protect privacy and rights

I am sharing only information reasonably needed at this stage. I did not include passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, Social Security number, home address, government ID images, or private account access. I have permission to submit every image and understand the stated image usage where available. I saved the brief, submission, attachments, contact, date, and confirmation privately.

Safety and minors

There is no request for nudity, sexualized material, secrecy, gift cards, cryptocurrency, fake checks, or moving money. I will question any request to change channels, travel, meet privately, or send more sensitive material before verification. If I am a minor, a parent or legal guardian reviewed the opportunity, message, materials, destination, travel, contracts, and image use.
