Modeling Digitals Checklist

Modeling Digitals Checklist

Plan a simple, current set of modeling digitals. Requirements vary, so a verified brief always comes first. Digitals are factual reference images—not actor headshots and not a reason for heavy retouching.

Private by design: checks and notes stay in this browser when you use the save controls. Nothing is submitted to Spotlight Drive.

Before the shoot

I identified the modeling category and checked the exact requested views, wardrobe, framing, orientation, and deadline. I chose a plain, uncluttered background and even natural or neutral light. My clothing is simple, fitted enough to show garment proportions, comfortable, and appropriate to my boundaries. Hair, makeup, nails, accessories, and facial hair are natural or minimal unless the verified brief says otherwise.

Capture the set

I took a clear face/front image with an honest expression and accurate color. I took any requested profile or three-quarter views without distorting the camera angle. I took full-length front and side views with the camera level and enough space around me. I included any movement, smile, hands, or category-specific image only when requested and appropriate.

Quality and truthfulness

Images are in focus, well exposed, and free of filters, reshaping, skin replacement, or misleading edits. The lens and camera distance do not noticeably stretch my face or body. The images are recent, and my appearance and measurements still match them. I used filenames that identify me and the view without exposing unnecessary private information.

Rights, privacy, and safety

I own the images or have permission from the photographer to submit and use them. The request does not involve nudity, sexualized posing, secrecy, or an unsafe private location. I verified the recipient, project or agency, destination, and intended image use independently. If I am a minor, a parent or legal guardian is involved in the shoot, communications, submission, and image-use decision.
