Verify before going

I verified the company, sender, casting contact, project or client, address or video link, date, and time through an independent source. I understand the category, deliverables, pay or unpaid status, usage, territory, term, conflicts, travel, and fitting expectations available at this stage. I know who will be present, what will happen, and whom to contact if details change. I will not go to an unverified private location or move the conversation into secrecy.

Bring the requested materials

In the room or video call

I will arrive or join on time and follow the requested sign-in or slate process. I will not claim skills, sizes, experience, availability, or representation I do not have. I can ask what a movement, wardrobe, recording, or image request will be used for before agreeing. I can pause or leave if boundaries change, the location is unsafe, or the request becomes inappropriate.

After the casting

I recorded the contact, date, brief, people present, materials shared, and any promised next step privately. I will not treat silence, a hold, a callback, or praise as a booking without clear written confirmation. I will review contracts, releases, payment terms, and image use before accepting work. If I am a minor, my parent or legal guardian remains involved in communications, travel, the casting, agreements, and image use.
