Understand the opportunity I verified the project, sender, and submission destination through a credible source.
I read the full breakdown, dates, location, pay or unpaid status, usage, and instructions.
I can truthfully meet the role requirements, skills, location, and availability.
I confirmed the deadline, time zone, appointment or upload method, and file requirements.

Prepare the performance I read the entire provided scene and marked the given circumstances, relationship, objective, stakes, and shifts.
I made a clear, playable choice and stayed open to adjustment.
I chose memorization, page-in-hand, or cold-read preparation based on the instructions and time available.
I practiced listening and responding instead of only rehearsing line delivery.

Materials and logistics My requested headshot, resume, reel, links, and contact details are accurate and current.
I prepared only the slate information the casting instructions request.
I confirmed location or video link, travel time, access, parking, accessibility needs, and a backup plan where relevant.
My wardrobe supports the role without becoming a costume or creating a distraction.

Self-tape or room check I followed the requested framing and eyeline, or I am ready for the room’s setup.
My voice is clear and the reader, background, lighting, and device do not compete with the performance.
I checked the full file, name, format, size, link permissions, and upload confirmation.
I have a charged device, power or battery backup, and the necessary sides or files.

Safety and follow-through No one is asking me to pay for a guaranteed role, move money, buy gift cards, or send cryptocurrency.
I am sharing only information reasonably needed at this stage.
If I am a minor, a parent or legal guardian is involved.
I will record the submission or session in my private tracker and then return to my work.
